When will I see results from DAXXIFY®?

Many patients see results from DAXXIFY® as soon as the day after treatment, with the majority of patients seeing results within two days. You will continue to see noticeable results within two weeks, including improved skin texture and smoother frown lines, and those results can be maintained for most people in as few as 2 treatments per year.

While most neurotoxins produce results that last an average of 3 to 4 months, results from peptide-powered DAXXIFY® can last an average of 6 months or longer as demonstrated by clinical trials.

Who is DAAXIFY® good for?

DAAXIFY® can be an effective solution for anyone who wants to improve the appearance of fine lines, creases, wrinkles. For example, human serum albumin (HSA) is used as a stabilizer in Botox Cosmetic, while Dysport uses HSA as a stabilizer and cow’s milk protein as a protectant.

DAAXIFY® is the first real innovation in neurotoxins in nearly 20 years. It is different in that it uses a novel peptide as a stabilizer instead of any human or animal byproducts. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that, when used in injectables, can help amplify and enhance the effects of the neurotoxin by acting like a magnet and drawing more toxin to the nerve cells in the treated area. This results in faster, better, and longer-lasting results almost immediately.

DAAXIFY® is different from facial or dermal fillers because, unlike fillers—which are typically formulated with hyaluronic acid and used to target volume loss and restore fullness—it works from below the skin, temporarily relaxing the underlying muscles that are causing the wrinkles. Dermal fillers are ideal for contouring cheekbones, softening lines around the nose and mouth, and volumizing lips, while DAAXIFY® is ideal for people with more severe fine lines and wrinkles.
