Join Sculpt MD Referral Program
The Sculpt MD Referral Program makes it easy for you to share your knowledge about Sculpt MD with your friends and colleagues and get rewarded at the same time.
For every friend or colleague that you refer and who becomes a Sculpt MD Customer, your Sculpt MD account is eligible for a $50 credit. The referred client must purchase a service of $100 or more before the credit is applied.
- Referrers and referees must have had prior services at Sculpt MD in order to apply credit to future services. Credit cannot be used on initial Sculpt MD service.
- Referrers must use the referral "Whom may we thank for referring you?" when filling out patient intake to refer friends and colleagues to Sculpt MD in order to be eligible.
- Friends and colleagues must receive a service from Sculpt MD that costs $100 or more and will receive $50 on their next future service. Credit cannot be used on initial Sculpt MD service.
- You, the referrer, will receive a $50 credit for each new customer you have referred that has registered and paid for one service over $100.00.
- Referral program credits do not apply for any accounts that you may have referred prior to the launch of the program - 03/01/2020.
- Referral credits cannot be assigned to any current Sculpt MD customers.
- Only one referrer credit will be granted per each new referral account. If multiple referrers claim the same referral, Sculpt MD will have sole discretion to identify the referrer for such referral.
- Referral accounts that are canceled by Sculpt MD for any reason (non-compliance with our usage policies) will not be included in the program.
- Sculpt MD credits are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Sculpt MD reserves the right to terminate the account(s) of any referring customer and/or referred customer.
- Credit cannot be used on product.
- Cannot be used with other specials, discounts.
Frequently Asked Questions
How will my friend know that I am referring them?
You can share our website with your friend through Facebook or Twitter, or your friend can receive an email, which will be generated on your behalf. Prior to submitting a referral, you will be able to view a copy of the email that will be sent to your friend.
What does my friend need to do for me to receive my Refer-A-Friend credit?
He/she needs to become a Sculpt MD customer by visiting us for a complimentary consultation and purchasing at least one medspa treatment for $100 or more.
Which of my friends are eligible?
Your friend must be a new customer who has never made a purchase at Sculpt MD.
When do I receive my credits?
Credits are awarded automatically the minute your friend becomes a customer. To become a Sculpt MD customer, your friend must buy at least one medspa treatment for at least $100.
How long will the Refer-A-Friend credits last?
Referrals credits are good for up to one year from the date your friend becomes a Sculpt MD customer.
Will my friends and relatives receive other contact from Sculpt MD?
No. The email message you send will be the only contact. Sculpt MD will not send out any follow up to your referral message. We have a strict privacy policy that protects your personal information as well as those of the people you refer.
Can I receive a $50 check rather than a $50 credit?
No. The $50 referral credit is only issued as a credit to existing Sculpt MD customers.
Terms & Conditions
Both the "Referrer" and "Friend" will receive $50 Sculpt MD Dollars towards any medspa service. Once the "Friend" makes a purchase of any Sculpt MD services for at least $100, the "Referrer" and the "Friend" will then receive their credits to their respective accounts.
Referrals are not retroactive. "Friend" must be a new customer of Sculpt MD who has never purchased anything from Sculpt MD in the past.
Credits have no cash value. Some restrictions apply.
